Positive: Great location, walking distance to Allambra, restaurants and city centre. Good size of double room with air conditioning, TV and nice bathroom. I liked the room colour, and cleanness. . The breakfast area has tables outside with a beautiful view, we enjoyed. Value price for the location.

Positive: For our second stay, we got the room with the spa bath and it has a huge bathroom, really nice. We love the balcony in our room, too. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: Offering more pillows would be nice.

Positive: The staff, esp Lee in Reception. Very friendly, helpful. The balcony which provides a very lovely view of Granada is also a big plus. The existence of a vending machine in the reception, reasonably priced, is also appreciated. There is a convenience store in the same building (diff entrance), several restaurants nearby, a lovely small plaza, and felt safe to be 50m from a police station.
Negative: What can be improved is the pillows. Too small :)

Negative: Don’t have 24 Service. Haz problem after 10pm. Called nobody response then another helped me call them by whasap and fixed prob. but was embarrassed.

Positive: I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel although it was on offer at a reasonable price. The location was excellent. It was close to the little hop-on, hop-off train and the bus to take you up to the Alhambra and elsewhere. There were some good restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was excellent. It was refurbished tastefully and the air-conditioning was a treat. It's far better than its star rating. There was a Carrefour shop next door for.any items that you might be running low on.
Negative: Noise. People walking down the hallway could be heard going to their rooms. This only occurred a couple of times at night and quite early, so it did not disturb sleep.
Summary: A great place, with helpful staff in an amazing location.
